Joanne Ken

Joanne Ken paints Pupu (waterholes) and the country around them, including the waterhole Kulara Tjuta, showing the flora and fauna that gather there. She also paints Minyma Kutjara (Two Women), a women's Tjukurpa in which two sisters travel across Country, gathering food, making tools and sharing song and ceremony at significant sites, shaping the land and passing on women's law as they go. She is the sister of Carolanne Ken.
