Abie Loy Kemarre, also known as Abie Loy, is an Indigenous Australian artist daughter of Margaret Loy Pula from the Utopia community in the Northern Territory. She was born in 1972 and comes from a family of artists. Abie Loy Kemarre belongs to the Anmatyerre language group.

Her art often depicts traditional Dreamtime stories, particularly those related to her cultural heritage and ancestral connections to the land. She is known for her vibrant and intricate paintings that often feature bold colours and intricate dot work, which are characteristic of contemporary Indigenous Australian art.

Abie Loy Kemarre's work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally, gaining recognition for its unique blend of traditional Indigenous motifs with contemporary artistic techniques.
