Where do you ship?

Art by Farquhar ship worldwide.

Original paintings will be shipped outside Adelaide South Australia as a rolled canvas and not stretched. Some smaller paintings are an exception and this will be stated in the description whilst being for sale as Stretched (Australia only).

Each product will specify if the shipping comes stretched or as just the canvas only in the options. 

Canvas only - the artwork will come rolled in a protective tube (available worldwide).

Stretched (Adelaide only) - the artwork will come stretched and ready to hang if you are an Adelaide client.

Stretched (Australia only) - the painting will come stretched and ready to hang if we are shipping to an Australia address. 

Do you ship International?

Yes, we can ship internationally. All paintings and prints will be sent rolled in a protective tube. Please select Canvas Only when purchasing.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Paintings are usually sent with express couriers such as TNT Express and Australia Post. There are size restrictions with these two so if the canvas is large we will use alternative couriers. 

Prints will be sent with Australia Post or a local courier, depending on the size. These usually take around 3-5 business days to arrive, depending how close you are to a capital city.

International orders are sent with either Australia Post or through a local courier, depending on the size and spend of the order. Most orders arrive 6-10 business days after dispatch. 

Tracking is provided for every order so you can keep live tabs on where your parcel is.

Returns

What items are eligible for return (Australia)?

All refunds and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase.

Please choose carefully as cash refunds do not apply for any item where there is a change of mind.  

If you wish to exchange the item for another of lesser value, we are unable to offer a cash refund for the difference in price. In this case, a credit voucher will be offered. If you wish to exchange for a dearer item, you will need to cover the difference in cost. 

If your print has been damaged in transit, we require photos and details of the damaged emailed to us at sales@farquhar within 24 hours. We will then assess the extent of the damage and get back to you promptly in regards to the terms of your return. 

Returning from international?

Please be careful when you order as we may not be able to refund your product unless faulty. Please contact us at sales@farquhar.art 

How much is the return shipping fee (Australia)? 

If you are returning an item for exchange, the shipping cost will be at your expense. 

If you are returning a faulty or damaged item, Art by Farquhar will cover the cost of shipping. Please contact us at sales@farquhar.art to discuss. 

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

We do not provide cash returns for gifts but will be happy to refund you with store credit for that amount. All you need is your gift receipt. If you are purchasing an item intended as a gift, please let one of our members know and we would be happy to provide you with a gift receipt. 

Warranty
 
We offer a 12 month product warranty on all Art by Farquhar products. Please note, we are not liable for any misuse of the products, and only accept returns if they meet our Returns Policy. Please note, Art by Farquhar products are not guaranteed against fading or distortion from direct sunlight or water damage. 
 
Please use a dry or slightly damp cloth (with water) no chemicals when cleaning.
