Michelle is daughter to Emily Nakamarra Possum and Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri, who is considered to be one of the most collected and renowned Australian Aboriginal artists. Michelle's paintings illustrated stories from her home country, Yuelamu in Mt Allan. They are aerial views of the landscapes and include important sites within her community.
